Your documents valid wherever you need them.

Country of originApostille issued in the country where the document was issued
No consular involvementExemption from consular legalization between signatory countries
Certified authenticityVerification of the document’s signatory and official seal

Apostille certification under the Hague Convention is required for documents issued abroad to be accepted by Paraguayan authorities during the immigration process. Certificates, criminal record checks, and other documents must be properly prepared in the country where they were issued.

The certificates must be requested by the client in the country where the document was issued. We provide guidance on the required documentation and review it before the process begins. Documents issued in Spanish and Brazilian documents issued in Portuguese do not require a sworn translation. Documents issued in other languages must be translated into Spanish, regardless of whether the issuing country is a signatory to the Hague Apostille Convention.
